Where I've Been

Miss me? I thought so...

I've been in a dentist's chair...not technically the entire time..but...pretty much. Got my wisdom teeth cut out...(can you say OUCH?) Then dry sockets decided to come visit (worse than bad in-laws of which I have none Seriously) and they are still here. Hurts bad...climb the wall bad. I've been back and forth to the oral surgeon for the last couple of weeks and are on a first name basis now. Really nice folks. I'll miss them. Sorta.

School's going well, neither of the boys play football, however, Roy and I have been going to the Friday night games here in town and having a blast. Almost feels like fall. ALMOST. Because it's still HOT...sharing some pictures of the All Star Pool Party and the boys fishin'. Good ole fun.

Been scrappin' like crazy, yakkin' out of my head (thank you Loratab). I'll post layouts soon.

1st Day of School Pics

And They're Off

and running...well not really running...but..on their way to school...strangely quiet around here this morning...everyone did great...jumped right up and got ready with no complaints (including me) which in itself is no small miracle...had the traditional big country first day of school breakfast...packed the new pencils....tied the new shoes and were out the door in record time...my handsome sophomore and 2nd grader...awww.....time flies....

Summer Break is Almost Over

School starts Wednesday! What happened to summer? What happened to going back to school in blue jeans and a jacket...it's 95 degrees here...hottest it's been all summer! I can't believe that it's just around the corner. We went to the open house at school and met the teacher and delivered our three Wal-Mart bags of supplies, and then went shopping for new tennis shoes..which of course is a rite of passage each year...have to have new shoes for school...oh and new pencils...and kids that refuse to go to sleep before 11 PM. They are gonna be bears on Wednesday morning.

Well...here I go...entering the never never world of blogging...I have no idea who would read this...but..what the heck...I like to talk and people get tired of listening sometimes and here I get to talk and not care if someone is tired of listening....don't even start on the spelling or grammer...I am a math person...
